Join us for a great day of golf while supporting Encompass Recreation and our mission to create inclusive opportunities for kids and families in our community.

Our tournament, presented by New York Air Brake, brings together community members, local businesses, and supporters for a fun and welcoming event at Highland Meadows Golf Course.

What to Expect

❋ Registration + Check in

Registration/Check in begins at 8am.

Please check in upon arrival to receive tournament information. Your starting hole assignment will be in your golf cart.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the shotgun start to allow plenty of time for check-in, purchase skins and/of mulligans, raffles, and warm-up.

❋ Shotgun Start

The tournament will begin with a 9am shotgun start, meaning all teams will tee off at the same time from different holes across the course.

This format allows everyone to start and finish around the same time and keeps the event running smoothly.

❋ On-Course Contests

Throughout the course, golfers will have opportunities to participate in fun contests such as:

  • Longest Drive

  • Closest to the Pin

  • Hole in One

  • Additional surprise on-course challenges

❋ Raffles + Prizes

Be sure to check out our raffle baskets, and prizes available throughout the event. Many of these items are generously donated by local businesses and supporters.

❋ A Day That Makes a Difference

Your participation helps support Encompass Recreation and the programs we provide for children and families in our community. Every team on the course helps expand inclusive recreational opportunities for those we serve.
